If you are using an iPhone, you will need to scan for the earphones again or manually add them: Open the AI Life app, touch the + icon in the upper right corner, and select the corresponding earphones model.
Earphones are connected via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) in the AI Life app on iOS devices, so there may be two identical names for the earphones. This is normal, and please keep the earphones connected in both the system Bluetooth settings and the AI Life app.
