HUAWEI Assistant∙TODAY, pre-installed app from EMUI system version 8.0, cannot be uninstalled. However, you can choose to enable or disable this feature according to your needs.

HUAWEI Assistant∙TODAY is located in the leftmost screen. You can swipe right on the home screen to reach the leftmost screen.

Enable or disable path：

HMS：EMUI 8.2/Magic UI 2.2, EMUI 9.X/Magic UI 3.X, EMUI 10.X and 11.x/Magic UI 4.X

Method 1: On the home screen, pinch two fingers to access the screen shown in the following first figure. Touch Home screen settings and toggle on HUAWEI Assistant∙TODAY to enable or disable it.（You can check the EMUI system version information by going to Settings > About phone > EMUI version.）

Method 2: Go to Settings > Home screen & wallpaper > Home screen settings > HUAWEI Assistant∙TODAY to enable or disable HUAWEI Assistant∙TODAY feature.

GMS models(Which pre-installed Huawei Assistant·TODAY from EMUI updated):

Method 1: On the home screen, pinch two fingers to access the setting screen, and then touch Home screen settings and choose HUAWEI Assistant∙TODAY or Google Discover to enable or disable it. When you enable it, you can swipe right on the home screen to reach the leftmost screen.

Method 2: Go to Settings > Home screen & wallpaper > Home screen settings > HUAWEI Assistant∙TODAY to choose HUAWEI Assistant∙TODAY or Google Discover to enable or disable it.
