Thus, in order to provide genuine part replacement at low-cost to our customers, we have introduced the "Preferential Screen Campaign” for some specific product models.
Preferential screen is a certified pre-owned screen with a usage of less than 10 days. They might have slight scratches but the performance is similar to the new screen. After careful examination by using proper evaluation repair tools, we determined which pre-owned screens are eligible for preferential screen campaign. The preferential screen service has the advantage of high quality performance at low price with warranty coverage too.
Low Cost: The price is much lower than that of the brand new screen. We are offering minimum 60% discount on the preferential screens.
High Quality Performance: The screen might have slight scratches but the performance is similar to the new screen.
Warranty: The "preferential screen" enjoys the same minimum warranty of 90 days as the brand new screen.
Energy saving and environmental protection: Effectively reduce the output of electronic waste and environmental pollution.
Preferential Screen Campaign is available at both our Exclusive Service Centers and Multi-Brand Service Centers across India. We have over 190 Authorized Service Centers across India.

Share your name, contact number, device model, issue description, nearest authorized service center along with the preferred time and date in the email.
We will replace the screen of your device only after physical verification of the preferential Screen and final written confirmation by you on the T&C.
Preferential Screen Campaign is valid from 27th January, 2020 to 31st Mar, 2020.
Customers can visit our both Exclusive Service Centers and Multi-Brand Service Centers from 10:00 - 18:00, Monday to Saturday (except for public holidays) to avail the service. Offer is applicable for both In and Out of Warranty devices. Man-made accidental or liquid damage to screen which are supposed to be replaced in Out of warranty are eligible for preferential screen replacement.
Postal repair services are not eligible for the campaign.
This campaign is subject to first come first serve basis and while stock last.
